Mercure & ibis London Earls Court and Barnaby’s Restaurant & Bar provide guests with a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable accommodation with breath‑taking views of the London skyline. The hotel is in the exciting process of a refurbishment with the aim to shift to a four‑star hotel and new branding, becoming a modern, stylish and innovative 12‑storey hotel that will offer a dual branding experience combining 3* and 4* products.

Position Overview

• Department: Food & Beverage
• Salary: £14.00/hr
• Contract type: Zero Hours
• This is a zero‑hours position (weekend included).

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
• Conveying the hotel\’s image through attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
• Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Good knowledge of our products
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station
• Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
• Receiving and processing customers’ payments
• Making sure ingredient labels are visible in all stations
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables
• Taking a positive problem‑solving approach to guest problems and concerns
• Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services
