Responsibilities
  • Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.
  • Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
  • Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
  • Be confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
  • Add diplomas/certifications required if needed.
