We are looking for a reliable, friendly and profesional Night Receptionist to join our team.
The succesful candidate will be responsible for providing exellent customer service and ensuring the smooth and secure running of the reeption are throughout the night.
Requirements of the role
- Ensure that all guests are safe and comfortable.
- Complete check-ins and check-outs durning the night
- Great communication skills
- Answer telephone calls, emails and guest enquries
- Flexibility– to enjoy working night shifts (weekends will be included)
- Good people skills – to work well in a team
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
- Be used to working alone/ with limited small team alongside you.
- To be responsible and trustworthy, you will be responsible for all of the guests in house, their safety as well as your own and the teams.
