What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
- Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations.
- Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the F&B menu
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
- Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Track and manage bar inventory and supplies
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
