We are seeking a personable and skilled F&B to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
  • Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
  • Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services.
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations.
  • Recommend menu items and upsell food and beverage offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests, taking orders and answering any questions about the F&B menu
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations
  • Upsell drink specials and hotel packages when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Track and manage bar inventory and supplies
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
