We are seeking a personable and skilled F&B to join our team. As a F&B operative you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that each experience is memorable. Objectives of this role:
- Act as the face of the hotel, engaging with guests while providing exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a top-tier dining experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
- Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with banquet events, conferences, and catering services.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service operations.
