We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Night Auditor to join our team.
Our Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the success Night operations at the hotel.
This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel revenue and financial transactions.
- Reconcile daily income, prepare end-of-day financial reports, and correct discrepancies.
- Check guests in and out during the night shift, ensuring all guest services are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the property overnight.
- Respond to guest queries and resolve any issues that arise during the night.
- Communicate effectively with day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions.
- Prepare for the upcoming day’s arrivals and special requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or auditing role in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
