Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel & Spa is seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations and help deliver immaculate stays for guests. You will supervise the housekeeping team, allocate workloads, inspect rooms and maintain Mercure brand standards to ensure high-quality presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
You will lead by example, coach staff, and collaborate with Reception and other departments to ensure rooms are ready on time and guests receive an excellent experience.
