We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and work towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all control measures set by HOD are followed at all times.
  • Proactively prioritize the needs of the department and effectively manage resources and time.
  • Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to achieve optimal results.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects when required.
  • Perform turndown duties when required.
  • Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service.

Qualifications:

  • Housekeeping Assistant experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
  • Ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
  • Good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
