Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Food and Beverage Assistant with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the restaurant.
A Food and Beverage Assistant will be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression. Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities. Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences. Take initiative in accommodating our guests’ needs in a resourceful manner.
To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Assistant, we require:
- Excellent guest engagement skills.
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations.
- A good command of English is essential; a second language is advantageous.
