Our Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various overall night time operations at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight.
  • Perform night audit procedures and prepare financial reports.
  • Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as necessary.
