Position: Graphic Designers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Complete and narrate real graphic design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
- Work through structured design workflows, emphasizing branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Provide clear explanations of creative decisions to enhance AI model training.
- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams, ensuring flexibility and independence in task completion.
- Support the benchmarking and improvement of cutting-edge AI models.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2–3 years of professional or freelance experience or current postgrad design students.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, or Canva.
- Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Portfolio showcasing experience with branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
Start Date
- Immediate start preferred.
