Position: Cybersecurity Engineer - Blue Team
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85–$140/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Design and build benchmark tasks grounded in real SOC and detection engineering work.
- Construct realistic evaluation environments, including multi-host networks, Active Directory, and cloud control planes.
- Define what 'correct' looks like for blue-team AI reasoning and build infrastructure to measure it reproducibly at scale.
- Translate blue-team workflow experience into rigorous evaluation design.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Hands-on blue-team experience in detection engineering, threat hunting, incident response, or malware analysis.
- Strong scripting and cloud/enterprise environment skills.
