Position
Position: STEM PhDs and Technical Domain Experts
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55-80/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving state-of-the-art large language models.
- Create high-quality data by developing difficult problems in your domain to inform the future of AI innovation.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model reasoning and outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
- Provide structured feedback to elevate training data quality and downstream performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine / Healthcare, Statistics and Data Science, AI / ML Research, Computer Science, Game Development, or Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Interview Process
- Complete a short interview and task (20-30 mins).
- Paid for up to 1 hour of onboarding time including this and onboarding videos if hired.
