Position Details
- Position: Senior Software Engineer
- Type: Independent contractor
- Compensation: $80–$160/hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 15–25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
- Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to improve AI systems.
Qualifications
Must‑Have- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail.
- Degree from top U.S. colleges or universities.
