Position: RevOps / SalesOps Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70–$95/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Build long-horizon ops tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
  • Develop scenarios in pipeline and forecasting including hygiene audits, forecast accuracy math, and win/loss categorization.
  • Create GTM infrastructure tasks such as lead routing, scoring against specifications, and territory plans for quota distribution.
  • Design compensation and analytics scenarios including commission calculations and attribution math with specified models.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to deliver high-quality tasks that require long sessions of focus.

Qualifications Must-Have

  • 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, or attribution modeling.
  • Proficient in reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts.
  • Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
