Role Overview
- Position: Stylists & Personal Shoppers – Independent Contractor, Remote
- Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
- Duration: 5 weeks
- Collaborate with a leading AI research lab. Design and evaluate advanced shopping-assistant AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic shopper profiles
- Create high-quality prompts
- Develop rigorous evaluation rubrics for product-recommendation tasks
- Collaborate with AI research teams
Requirements / Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in celebrity or editorial styling, retail buying/merchandising, or e-commerce category management
- Expertise in trend spotting and brand benchmarking
- Ability to translate shopper needs into product recommendations
- Proven ability to create retail assets like inventory scorecards and campaign-ROI reports
- Excellent written English and keen attention to detail
Engagement Details
- Start Date: Aug 10th
- Hourly Rate: $35–$50/hr (USD), depending on experience
- Bonus Structure: Top performers earn $5k+ in bonus payouts
- Status: Independent Contractor
- Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
