Position: AI Tutor – Mechanical Engineering Specialist
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $90,000–$200,000/year
Location: Based in Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or fully Remote
Commitment: Typical hours: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone
Role Responsibilities
- Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated data related to mechanical engineering.
- Provide expert feedback on technical problems and ensure the delivery of high-quality, curated datasets.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine annotation tools and data collection methods.
- Interpret evolving instructions accurately and apply sound professional judgment.
- Contribute to AI model improvement through rigorous analysis and expert input.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong ability to read and write both formal and informal English.
- Skilled in using online databases, research tools, and technical resources.
