This full-time opportunity invites creative game designers and developers to help train and refine AI systems capable of understanding and generating high-quality video games. As an AI Tutor – Video Game Specialist, you will contribute to building AI that can design, test, and improve engaging, innovative, and interactive gaming experiences. You will play a key role in shaping how AI models understand game mechanics, storytelling, and player experience. By providing detailed annotations, evaluations, and creative input, you’ll ensure that AI-generated games achieve depth, balance, and playability.
Key Responsibilities
- Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate gaming data, including mechanics, storylines, and design elements.
- Provide high-quality feedback on gameplay, creativity, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design annotation workflows that improve AI game generation.
- Analyze and critique AI-generated games for functionality, balance, and innovation.

Ideal Qualifications

- Based in Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or fully remote with strong self-management skills.
- U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois.
- Typical hours: 9:00am–5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone.

Compensation Benefits
