Position: Marketing Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$78/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on marketing problems.
- Produce original problem sets grounded in funnels, attribution charts, and segmentation diagrams.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure task accuracy.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI training data quality and model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Marketing or Consumer Behavior, MBA in Marketing with 3+ years brand, digital, or strategy experience, or BA/BS in Marketing or Business with 5+ years applied marketing, analytics, or growth experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, marketing analytics, pricing.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting funnels, attribution charts, and segmentation diagrams.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
