Position: Personal Learning / Career Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $55–$75/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Build long-horizon career and study tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
  • Develop scenarios for career artifacts ensuring every claim traces back to source work history.
  • Create interview prep materials using verified background files and competency lists.
  • Construct study plans respecting exam-date and hours-available constraints.
  • Work on challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
  • Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar.
  • Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep.
  • Comfortable with creating and reading career/learning artifacts: tailored resumes, interview prep packets, study plans, content summaries.
  • Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Legal

Hourly contractor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
