Position: UK Domestic Tax Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $110–$140/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Short-term engagement
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review UK domestic tax research questions and model answers.
- Validate the accuracy of tax analyses and supporting legal authorities.
- Review and improve grading rubrics for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Rewrite model answers where necessary to ensure clarity and precision.
- Ensure analyses reflect current UK legislation, HMRC guidance, and recent tax developments.
- Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional UK tax experience.
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, Chartered Accountant, Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent UK tax qualification.
- Deep expertise in UK domestic taxation.
- Experience interpreting UK tax legislation, HMRC guidance, and case law.
- Experience preparing technical tax opinions, memoranda, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
