Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities:
- Author, review, and annotate technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on psychology problems.
- Produce original problem sets grounded in experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Psychology, PsyD, or MS in Psychology with 3+ years clinical, research, or applied experience.
- BA/BS in Psychology with 5+ years applied research, clinical support, or teaching experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: cognitive, clinical, developmental, social, biological psychology.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting experimental designs, statistical plots, and behavioral data figures.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
