Role Responsibilities:
- Develop long‑horizon life‑admin tasks that mirror the work of a great EA or Chief of Staff.
- Build scenarios for inbox and commitments with email triage and commitment extraction.
- Design scheduling tasks with calendar operations against feasibility constraints.
- Create information organization scenarios with file/photo classification and project trackers.
- Ensure tasks have checkable answers with deterministic rubrics for grading agent performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar high‑context support role.
- Expertise in Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman, Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote, iCloud, Google Photos.
- Comfortable with life‑admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers.
- Clear written communication and ability to encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics.
