Position: Visual & Brand Design Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $70–$95/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-horizon design tasks that mirror current work, paired with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
  • Evaluate brand system enforcement by auditing assets against guidelines for color, type, spacing, and logo usage.
  • Produce spec-driven assets that meet required dimensions, formats, and element lists.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility and technical standards such as WCAG AA contrast, font-size minimums, and export specs.
  • Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of concentration.

Qualifications:

  • Must-Have: 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems and polished visual craft.
  • Expertise in Figma production, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), typography systems, brand guideline authorship, accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Comfortable with design artifacts: brand guidelines, asset specs, audit reports, accessibility annotations.
  • Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.

Compensation & Legal:

Hourly contractor. Strong contributors promoted based on task quality and throughput.
