Role Overview
- Position: Investment Services Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
- Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Join a top AI research lab to develop and evaluate AI systems for investment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
- Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as valuation modeling, portfolio analysis, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the accuracy of AI-generated financial models.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the integration of domain-specific expertise in training data.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in investment services, ideally in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or equity research.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in investment analysis and financial modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of investment processes and strategic decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CAIA).
Engagement Details
- Competitive hourly rate: $90–$150 USD/hr
