Role Overview
- Position: Venture Capital Expert – Contract, Remote
- Commitment: At least 10 hours per week, starting in October
- Join a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. Shape the future of AI through venture capital expertise.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate board materials, market sizing, and TAM analyses for AI research projects.
- Design investment and analysis summaries and memos to guide strategic decisions.
- Source potential deals and opportunities for AI innovation.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI model performance through strategic insights.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in venture capital at top firms
- Experience in board materials creation
- Expertise in market sizing/TAM analysis
- Proficiency in investment/analysis summaries and memos
- Skills in sourcing for deals
Engagement Details
- $100/hour compensation
- Fully asynchronous work schedule
- Minimum four-week engagement with potential for extension
