This role offers a base pay range of $100–$115 per hour. The position is independent contractor and fully remote. Duration is 6 weeks with a commitment of 20–40 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world medical and health services management work based on professional experience.
- Create realistic situations involving healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and quality improvement.
- Develop scenarios for budget management, policy implementation, patient care coordination, and facility administration.
- Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare management queries for accuracy and industry standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on health services management scenarios to improve AI training.
- Work independently and asynchronously to complete tasks on your own schedule.
Qualifications – Must‑Have
- 4+ years professional experience as a medical and health services manager in healthcare and social assistance.
- Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
- Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
Preferred
- 14 years experience preferred.
Start Date
Immediately.
