Role Details

  • Position: Medical and Health Services Manager
  • Type: Independent Contractor
  • Compensation: $100–$115/hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world medical and health services management work based on professional experience.
  • Create realistic situations involving healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and quality improvement.
  • Develop scenarios for budget management, policy implementation, patient care coordination, and facility administration.
  • Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare management queries for accuracy and industry standards.
  • Provide detailed feedback on health services management scenarios to improve AI training.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to complete tasks on your own schedule.

Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • 4+ years professional experience as a medical and health services manager in healthcare and social assistance.
  • Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
  • Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
  • Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
  • Preferred
  • 14 years experience preferred.
