Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to the Nurse Practitioner occupation using professional experience.
• Develop and improve AI model training by providing domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate asynchronously to enhance AI model outputs.
• Ensure high‑quality question design to elevate training data quality.
• Work independently with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years full‑time work experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).

Compensation & Legal

• We can meet industry‑standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Classified as an “at‑will” contractor to Mercor.
• Cannot currently support H1‑B or STEM OPT status candidates.
