Position: Producers and Directors

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $70–$200/hour

Location: US, UK, or Canada

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a Producer and Director.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of content for AI model training.
• Utilize your professional experience to shape project deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Producer and Director.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (not a Chromebook).

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
