Compensation: $150–$200/hour
Commitment: Up to 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create and evaluate high-quality website design examples and digital experiences.
Leverage expertise in visual design, user experience, and contemporary web design standards.
Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver polished, production-ready digital experiences.
Assess the quality, usability, and visual execution of modern websites.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications Must-Have Proven track record of designing world‑class digital experiences.
Experience with UX/UI design for web-based products and digital platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in website design, UX/UI, interactive experiences, marketing sites, editorial platforms, or digital products.
Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Experience at Pentagram, AKQA, Design Studio, Koto, ustwo, or another leading UK-based digital design studio.
