Role Responsibilities:
- Develop long-horizon creative-ops tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
- Build scenarios in Asset Management focusing on versioning, naming conventions, and DAM tagging.
- Coordinate Production by routing creative intake and preparing handoff packets with required fields.
- Design Localization tasks using string lists for specified locales and defined glossaries.
- Work independently and asynchronously to create challenging scenarios requiring focus.
Qualifications Must-Have:
- 3+ years in creative ops, design production, or content ops.
- Expertise in DAM administration (Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder) or creative workflow tools (Asana, Monday, Airtable).
- Proficient in Figma file management and localization vendor coordination.
- Strong written communication skills; ability to articulate reasoning and create deterministic rubrics.
Compensation & Legal:
Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
