- Compensation: $65-$100/hour
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Compare AI-generated deliverables and score them on layout, typography, color, domain realism, and polish.
- Rework the strongest candidate to achieve reference quality.
- Provide clear justifications tied to specific layout evidence such as alignment and spacing.
- Apply design judgment to real corporate client materials.
- Shape how AI models produce polished, publish-ready knowledge work.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Background in design, marketing/comms, or knowledge-work specialization.
- Ability to spot subtle layout inconsistencies.
- Strong opinions on business deliverables' quality and articulate them in writing.
