Eligibility and role details

  • Mercor is recruiting Construction Managers who work in the construction sector as independent contractors on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies.
  • The project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a Construction Manager.
  • Applicants must:
    • Have 4+ years of full-time work experience as a Construction Manager
    • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada

Role details

  • The work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule
  • The project requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
  • The work will last approximately 3–4 weeks after you begin
  • You will need access to a desktop or laptop computer; Chromebooks are not accepted

Pay and employment status

  • We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role
  • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on project work hours logged
  • You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor
  • We cannot currently support H-1B or STEM OPT status candidates
