- Position: Catalan Audio Generalist Evaluator
- Expert Type: Contract
- Compensation: $50/hour
- Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe and optimize audio and video content in Catalan, ensuring clarity and adherence to guidelines.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines in Catalan and English for consistent model evaluations.
- Conduct model testing and grading, providing feedback to improve Catalan audio tasks.
- Support benchmarking and quality assurance to meet Mercor’s quality standards.
- Collaborate with project leads to resolve ambiguities and enhance task design.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Native or near-native fluency in Catalan (spoken and written) and professional fluency in English.
- Ability to transcribe and analyze Catalan audio content.
- Available to commit 10–20 hours per week.
