Make a Real Difference in Neurorehabilitation A specialist neurorehabilitation service in Horsham is looking for a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join their experienced multidisciplinary team. The service supports adults with acquired brain injuries in a residential setting, helping them regain lost skills and achieve meaningful recovery. You’ll work alongside a committed team of rehabilitation support workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and fellow SaLTs – all focused on providing expert, person-centred care. The Role As a Senior Specialist SaLT, your responsibilities will include: Working autonomously within the MDT Assessing and managing communication and swallowing needs Supporting individuals and their social networks to overcome barriers Developing communication and dysphagia management plans Delivering training to staff and families Contributing to service and organisational development About You You’ll need: A degree in Speech & Language Therapy HCPC registration Dysphagia competencies Specialist knowledge in ABI-related communication interventions Experience managing complex dysphagia within adult neurology At least 4 years post-qualification experience with complex cases What’s in it for you?
