We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us to work in a Walk-In Centre in Leeds (two sites available). As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary care services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical assessments and diagnosis for patients attending the Walk-In Centre Independently manage and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses within your scope of practice Prescribe medication and refer patients for further investigations or specialist consultations as required Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathetic approach in dealing with patients and their families Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systems Requirements: Valid NMC/HCPC Registration Hold Level 7 Minor Injury and Minor Illness Must be a Prescriber See and treat all patient groups Proven experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or Walk-In Centre setting SystmOne experience, with a valid Smart Card Benefits: Weekly pay Dedicated consultant and compliance officer throughout registration and bookings Supportive and collaborative working environment Flexible days If you are a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you.
