An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a specialist neurological care centre. This role involves coordinating high-quality, person-centred care while also providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering and delegating care tasks in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
  • Promoting individual rights, preferences, and dignity
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Supporting a culture of continuous learning through induction and mandatory training

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care

  • Enhanced rates apply: 30% for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight)
