An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a specialist neurological care centre. This role involves coordinating high-quality, person-centred care while also providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering and delegating care tasks in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Promoting individual rights, preferences, and dignity
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation
- Supporting a culture of continuous learning through induction and mandatory training
- Encouraging feedback and addressing concerns to enhance service user experience
Qualifications:
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Required Skills:
- S/NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent (Essential)
- Numerate, literate, and competent in IT
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities

Additional Information:
- Enhanced rates apply: 30% for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight)
