We are currently seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support well-established NHS Out of Hours and urgent care services across Cambridgeshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinicians who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and are looking for flexible, rewarding work within urgent and unscheduled care, supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams.

About the Role:
You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care outside of standard GP hours. Working face-to-face within urgent care settings, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute presentations
- Providing face-to-face consultations at designated Out of Hours sites
- Supporting patients with palliative and end-of-life care needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Working closely with the wider urgent care team to ensure safe and effective patient care
What We’re Looking For:
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Minor Illness and Minor Injury qualifications (minimum Level 6)
- Completed Advanced Clinical Assessment module
- Proven experience in Palliative and End of Life care
- Current registration with a relevant professional body
- Recent experience in urgent care or Out of Hours settings
