We’re currently recruiting two experienced Clinical Pharmacists to support two GP practices within a friendly and well-established setting in Westminster.
Role Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Length: 3 months initially, with possible extension
- Working Pattern: 3 days per week (days to be confirmed)
- Hours: 09:00–17:00 (30‑minute break)
- Rate: £40 per hour (LTD company)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured medication reviews and optimise patient care
- Manage and authorise repeat prescriptions
- Run pharmacist‑led clinics and patient consultations
- Support safe prescribing and clinical decision‑making across two practices
Requirements
- Experience working within a GP practice or PCN
- Completion of the CPPE Primary Care Pathway
- SystmOne experience essential
- Independent Prescribing qualification desirable
- GPhC registration and relevant compliance/clearance
Location: On‑site, Westminster (across two practices). This is a great short‑term opportunity with extension potential, offering flexibility and the chance to work within a supportive primary care team in a central London location.
