Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are currently seeking Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our team as we have an abundance of shifts in Urgent Treatment Centres in Chorley and Preston. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and treatment to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Assess and triage patients presenting at the Urgent Treatment Centre. Provide advanced clinical assessments and make appropriate clinical decisions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications: Registered Nurse or Paramedic with advanced clinical practitioner qualification. Current registration with the relevant professional body. Extensive experience working in an Urgent Care or Emergency setting. Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
