Service Manager – Specialist Neurological Care

Location: Ipswich | Salary: £60,000 | Hours: 35 hrs/week

A leading neurological care provider is seeking a driven and experienced Service Manager to lead a 26-bed complex care unit, including a 6-bed rehabilitation wing. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, deep understanding of complex medical needs, and proven experience with regulatory compliance and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years in a Registered Manager role.
  • Strong CQC knowledge and leadership track record.
  • Full UK driving licence.
