Merco Medical are proud to present a fantastic new opportunity for experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) looking for their next role in a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team environment. We’re supporting a Primary Care Network in Milton Keynes that is actively seeking a skilled ACP to help lead and deliver innovative, patient-centred care across three modern, well-equipped GP surgeries. You’ll be a key clinical leader, working alongside GPs, nurses, physician associates, health coaches, and other professionals in an integrated care model.
The Role Includes:
- Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Leadership in clinical governance and service delivery
- Involvement in the continuous development of care pathways
- Working across three sites: Brooklands, Whitehouse, and Neath Hill
What You’ll Need:
- Current NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration
- MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)
- Independent Prescriber
- Primary care experience and minor illness management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills
- Flexibility and a team-first attitude
- Experience with SystemOne is desirable
