We are recruiting clinicians with experience in Telephone Triage on behalf of our client, an established urgent and primary care provider based in Nottinghamshire. These opportunities offer excellent rates of pay and fall outside IR35, allowing Ltd Company engagement.
Please note that this is not a remote position — all shifts are conducted on-site.

- PC24 – Kingsmill Hospital, Mansfield, NG17 4JL (free on-site parking available)
- Platform One – Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3AJ (1-minute walk from Nottingham Station, parking available on site)
Role Overview: This is a Telephone Triage position available at both sites, providing out-of-hours cover. You will assess patients via telephone consultations, ensuring safe and effective clinical decision-making and directing patients to the most appropriate care pathway.
Shift Patterns:
- Weekdays: 18:30-23:00 and 23:00-08:00
- Weekends: Shifts available between 07:00-23:00 and 23:00-08:00
These roles are open to a range of clinician types, including Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Emergency Care Practitioners (ECPs), and experienced 111 clinicians (subject to meeting all essential criteria).
Essential Criteria:
- Minor Illness qualification (minimum Level 6)
- Physical Assessment and History Taking (Level 6)
- Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of Adastra
- Previous experience in Telephone Triage
