Who You Are
You bring substantial full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience gained within the Pharmaceutical industry and are confident managing complex, senior-level searches end to end. You are a consultative partner to hiring managers and senior leaders, able to influence talent decisions with well-reasoned, evidence-based recommendations. You handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality throughout the recruitment process. You are experienced with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and talent intelligence tools, and you use data proactively to inform and improve your hiring approach. You demonstrate AI literacy – you understand how artificial intelligence tools work, their practical applications in talent acquisition, and the ethical considerations around bias, fairness, and data privacy, enabling you to make informed and responsible decisions in your role.
