A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Animal Health Monitoring New Business Development Representative for our South West Territory. You will be providing field sales and offering a value proposition sale to farmers of our livestock monitoring ecosystem. Please note, this role is predominantly generating new business, working alongside a Customer Success specialist dedicated to servicing existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales and market development of our livestock monitoring ecosystem within this territory.
- Achieve agreed regional sales targets within budget, and in accordance with the overall business unit strategy.
- Completion and submission of on-site farm surveys and CRM data.
- To effectively communicate to various stakeholders, the value of our livestock monitoring ecosystem and our market-leading support.
- To work closely with your Customer Success Specialist and Technical Support Manager to deliver the sales budget.
Your Profile
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- Proven record of sales and/or marketing to a farmer client base, along with key stakeholders on-farm.
- Ability to engage with and be part of a high-performance team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally of the organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and sales targets.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on end user needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
