In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment within Healthcare, partnering with hiring managers to attract and place mid- to senior-level professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Own full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of roles from attraction to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on role needs and competencies
  • Advise on structured interviewing practices and assess technical, functional, and cultural fit
  • Embed High Impact Culture principles in hiring conversations
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruitment tools and processes
  • Leverage data, technology, and AI to enhance recruitment approaches
  • Contribute to cross-functional TA projects including DEI, TA systems, and hiring manager capability building
