Your role: The Executive Director, Head of Clinical Delivery and Monitoring, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the global operational delivery and monitoring strategy for clinical trials for various sub-teams driving site management, patient centricity and local regional studies within the Clinical Delivery & Patient Centricity organization. This position requires strategic vision and governance to ensure high-quality execution of clinical studies, fostering collaboration across functions and driving patient-centric initiatives. The role demands a seasoned leader with extensive experience in clinical development, capable of navigating complex challenges while delivering on ambitious performance objectives. The role integrates and oversees 2 Delivery and Monitoring Sub-Units, Clinical Monitoring Excellence Lead, Site & Patient Support Excellence Center, Key Deliverables teams and DCT excellence center.

Who you are: Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders across functions and cultures. High degree of cultural awareness with experience leading diverse, global teams. Deep understanding of clinical operations, monitoring practices, and ICH-GCP regulations. Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring seamless trial execution and alignment on objectives. Proficient in developing and executing clinical monitoring strategies, with expertise in managing both in-house operations and outsourced activities. Skilled in enhancing patient and site experience by implementing best-practice frameworks and tools, while effectively incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
