Your role: You will have an integral role in our commitment to ensuring a positive difference is made to millions of people’s lives through your role as a Production Operative. Your main responsibilities will include milling within Dry Power Media Production. You will have a varied, challenging and rewarding role working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment preparing various batches for the manufacture of Dry Powder Media. This role is working on a 4 on 4 off basis consisting of 2 days 2 nights, working 12-hour shifts of 8-8 and includes a shift allowance to account for this.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure formulation rooms, equipment, and process areas are clean, prepared, and audit-ready according to GMP standards.
  • Weigh raw materials accurately using SAP scale interface and verify scales with check weights before use.
  • Perform milling, blending, desiccation, and lyophilization processes following manufacturing instructions and document on electronic batch records.
  • Assemble, disassemble, clean, and prepare process and filling equipment, including Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and packaging containers.
  • Operate automated filling equipment to fill Dry Powder Media batches within required tolerances.
  • Complete all batch documentation accurately in SAP and electronic batch records according to GMP.
  • Prioritize workload to meet production schedules and report any procedural deviations to supervisors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, safety (EH&S), risk assessments, and incident reporting activities.

Who you are: Previous experience in a relevant production/manufacturing environment. You will possess effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.

Desirable: Experience in a GMP environment. Previous control room or systems experience such as SAP. Milling, disassembly or assembly experience.
