Your role: We have an exciting new opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Gillingham, Dorset. In this role you will be responsible for inventory accuracy and stock integrity, operating under GDP and hazardous goods storage regulations, and serving as the key liaison between warehouse operations and supply chain to optimize storage capacity, stock policies and material flows. You will support the end-to-end inventory program, conduct cycle counts and discrepancy investigations in SAP, manage disposal of expired/obsolete/damaged stock, monitor E&O and expiry dates and maintain precise SAP data.

In addition, you will champion digital transformation and continuous improvement across warehouse processes, troubleshoot ERP issues with IT and SAP teams, develop user guidance and training and stay engaged on the shop floor to drive data-led decisions and align local inventory strategy with global frameworks.

Who you are: Previous relevant work experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics/Inventory Control role. Expert knowledge of MS Excel. Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and communication skills.

Desirable: Inventory management expertise: understanding of stock control principles, cycle count methodologies and inventory accuracy best practices. Experience working in a regulated environment or with hazardous goods.
